  • • Mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and experience to foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
  • • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, often under pressure, demonstrating a calm and methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient and reliable deployment of new features and updates.
  • • You will be working in a distributed team environment, requiring strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly across different time zones (PST to GMT 4). This necessitates clear documentation, asynchronous communication strategies, and a proactive approach to staying connected with team members.
  • • This role offers a significant opportunity to make a tangible impact on the success of Collectly and the broader healthcare industry by enabling seamless data flow and enhancing the scalability of our product. Your contributions will directly influence our ability to innovate and grow in a competitive market.
