- • As a Senior QA Automation Engineer at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the company’s innovative financial technology platforms that provide affordable and sustainable financial services across ASEAN.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, and enhancing automation frameworks using tools like Playwright, Cypress, and Selenium; writing and maintaining automated test suites for web, API, and other application types; integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins; executing functional, regression, integration, and performance tests; participating in requirement reviews to define test scenarios and edge cases; performing root cause analysis of defects; collaborating with development and product teams to resolve issues; maintaining test data, mocks, and environments; building specialized tooling like monitoring and reporting dashboards; and documenting test plans and automation decisions to improve QA processes.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
- • 3+ years of experience in QA Automation for backend services and cloud infrastructure
- • Strong experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Appium
- • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript is a must
- • Solid understanding of REST APIs and automated API testing (Postman, Newman, REST Assured)
- • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
