• • UiPath is seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking Senior Real Estate Specialist to join our team in Bucharest, initially on a maternity cover basis. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who not only excels in traditional real estate operations but also possesses a strong drive to innovate and automate. You will be instrumental in managing our current real estate portfolio while simultaneously spearheading the digital transformation of our real estate functions, aiming to significantly reduce manual administrative tasks over the next 12 months.
• • In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of our real estate operations. This includes meticulous portfolio management, where you will work closely with our partners at Avison Young to ensure accurate tracking of leases, critical dates, and the overall integrity of our real estate database within the AVANT platform. Your role will involve providing essential transaction support to our real estate managers, assisting them with crucial processes such as lease renewals, terminations, and expansions. You will also be tasked with preparing comprehensive decision-support materials to aid in strategic real estate planning.
• • A significant part of your operational duties will involve managing financial aspects related to real estate. This includes generating purchase orders through SAP, accurately inserting lease agreements into our systems, and ensuring that all cost center allocations are precise. Furthermore, you will manage the physical access control for employees, ensuring timely deactivation of access for departing staff and conducting rigorous quarterly audits to maintain security and compliance. You will also play a key role in compliance reporting, coordinating the annual reporting requirements and meticulously maintaining auditable records for internal systems like Watershed and any other relevant platforms.
• • Beyond current operations, your mission will extend to a transformative mandate focused on automation and process innovation. You will be expected to meticulously map out current real estate workflows, from lease administration to transaction management and compliance reporting, with the express goal of identifying opportunities for automation. This analytical approach will enable you to design and implement automated workflows, fostering seamless integration between our existing systems such as AVANT, SAP, and Brivo, and new, innovative tools.
• • You will be a key driver in our digital transformation journey, leading the charge to transition from manual, time-consuming processes to sophisticated, AI-powered solutions. This includes optimizing lease analysis, enhancing space utilization strategies, and streamlining vendor management through intelligent automation. A critical aspect of your role will be the continuous improvement and optimization of the integration between our various real estate platforms and broader enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and operational efficiency.
• • To succeed in this role, you will bring a robust technical skill set, including proven proficiency with SAP, extensive experience in database management, and familiarity with leading real estate platforms. A working knowledge of UiPath's own process automation and agentic platforms is highly desirable, as is strong capability in data analysis using Excel and Google Sheets, with a demonstrated ability to create automated reports and dashboards. Experience in project management, particularly in implementing technology solutions and driving process improvements, will be essential.
• • On the domain knowledge front, you should possess a deep understanding of process improvement methodologies, with a proven track record of identifying operational inefficiencies and successfully implementing effective solutions. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills are paramount, as you will be working closely with Finance, Accounting, Accounts Payable (AP), and IT teams to achieve shared objectives.

• • Success in this role will be measured by tangible outcomes, including a target of reducing manual administrative work by 50% within the first year through successful automation implementation. You will be responsible for creating a comprehensive automation roadmap and a detailed implementation timeline. Achieving seamless data flow between all real estate platforms and demonstrating operational excellence by maintaining current service levels while building future capabilities will also be critical success metrics.
