• • This pivotal role within the Order Management team is designed for an individual who thrives on accuracy, policy enforcement, and process improvement. You will be the gatekeeper for our renewal policies, meticulously verifying the accuracy and completeness of renewal orders and contracts before they are booked.
• • Your core responsibilities will include enforcing company renewal booking policies, ensuring strict adherence to clean order protocols, and accurately inputting and maintaining critical order and contract data within our Sales and Accounting systems. You will be the go-to expert for the renewals team, providing guidance on contract specifics, policy interpretation, and the complexities of combined deals.
