  • • Own end-to-end pipeline stage governance and CRM data hygiene, defining stage definitions, entry/exit criteria, and enforcing adherence through Salesforce automation to achieve 95% data accuracy.
  • • Lead the assessment, testing, and implementation of AI-native GTM tools and workflows, evaluating emerging solutions and making structured recommendations for adoption by sales and RevOps teams.
  • • Build and maintain comprehensive GTM analytics for the sales motion, including pipeline and win rate analysis (SQO-to-close conversion by AE, segment, and period), real-time revenue dashboards with ARR and deal metrics, and data preparation for WBRs and QBRs.
  • • Maintain and optimize the lead scoring model and list management for SDRs, supporting SDR capacity modeling and partnering with marketing ops on lead enrichment pipelines using Clay, Fintrix, and SignalHire, while ensuring routing SLAs are met.
  • • Partner with sales management on call coaching by maintaining a transcription and rubric scoring system, surfacing actionable patterns and insights to identify coaching opportunities for AEs and SDRs.
  • • Design and manage territory allocation as the AE team scales from 10 to 30+, modeling geographic coverage, defining account carving and pod structures, resolving territorial conflicts, and aligning territories with company growth objectives in collaboration with Finance.
  • • Administer and configure Salesforce for the entire sales organization, including field architecture, flows, page layouts, validation rules, and process automation, ensuring seamless data integrity across connected systems (HubSpot, Savvy CRM, PandaDoc, BigQuery, Zapier).
  • • Own the roadmap for Salesforce and RevOps tooling, prioritizing builds based on business impact, sales feedback, and technical feasibility, while maintaining documentation and training materials for end users.
  • • Translate complex operational requirements into clear, actionable processes that sales reps and leadership can adopt without friction, ensuring alignment between systems, data, and sales strategy.
  • • Collaborate with Finance to support compensation calculations and attainment tracking, ensuring accurate alignment between sales performance and incentive structures.
  • • Drive continuous improvement in data quality by proactively identifying and resolving systemic data issues before they impact reporting, forecasting, or sales performance.
  • • Serve as the primary operational liaison between sales, marketing, and finance teams, ensuring consistent communication and alignment on GTM processes, data standards, and performance metrics.
  • • Implement and iterate on lead routing logic, nurture policies, and ownership rules in partnership with sales leadership to optimize conversion efficiency and rep productivity.
  • • Maintain and enhance the automation layer connecting CRM, marketing tools, and back-office systems to reduce manual work and increase scalability of the sales engine.
  • • Contribute to strategic planning for revenue operations by providing data-driven insights on sales efficiency, pipeline health, and operational bottlenecks.
  • • Ensure all RevOps systems are scalable, documented, and maintainable as the company grows from $5.1B to significantly higher AUM.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely related function at a high-growth tech company
  • • Strong track record of partnering with sales teams: built trust with AEs and sales leadership, understand the rep’s perspective, and successfully adopted process changes without friction
  • • Hands-on Salesforce experience: built flows, validation rules, and field architecture—not just pulled reports—and understand how design decisions compound over time
  • • Strong analytical instincts: identify data quality problems before they become business issues and build dashboards/models that sales leaders can actually use
  • • Experience with territory design and maintaining clean, enforced data standards
  • • Clear communicator who can translate ops complexity into actionable insights for sales reps and executives
