• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer to become an integral part of our dynamic team. This is a full-time, remote position based in India, offering the chance to contribute significantly to a large-scale, production Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. Your expertise will be crucial in driving the ongoing development, enhancement, and unwavering stability of this critical product.
• In this senior, hands-on engineering role, you will be empowered to take full ownership of complex problem domains. 🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Deep understanding of Ruby on Rails framework, including its core principles, conventions, and best practices.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, or similar).
• Experience with database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and understanding of database design and optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, agile team environment.
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., RSpec, Minitest) and a commitment to writing high-quality, well-tested code.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and best practices for automated deployment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
