- • Conduct safety assessments at client facilities across manufacturing, healthcare, hospitals, universities, real estate, retail, and process industries to identify and mitigate safety hazards.
- • Assist clients in reducing actual and potential losses by designing, implementing, and improving safety and loss control programs based on loss history, regulatory requirements, organizational needs, and industry best practices.
- • Collaborate with claims teams and analytics groups to review large losses, analyze loss trends, and develop targeted service plans to mitigate future incidents.
- • Manage the relationship between insurance company loss control functions and clients by coordinating site visits, service plans, and communication.
- • Work directly with clients and insurers to review, prioritize, and respond to risk improvement recommendations, developing cost-effective and creative alternative solutions when appropriate.
- • Review and assist in the development of comprehensive safety programs tailored to client operations and regulatory environments.
- • Write blogs, white papers, and informative summaries on emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and safety industry developments.
- • Develop and deliver webinars, training sessions, and seminars on safety-related topics for clients and internal account teams.
- • Support account teams in new business acquisition and policy renewal efforts by providing technical safety expertise and loss control insights.
- • Travel approximately 35% of the time nationally to conduct on-site assessments and client engagements.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management or a related discipline
- • Minimum 5 years of insurance loss control and/or safety management experience in healthcare, manufacturing, construction, or related industries
- • Knowledge of OSHA regulations for general industry, workers’ compensation programs, and loss control best practices
- • Knowledge of DOT, NFPA, ANSI, and Industrial Hygiene Practices
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional writing ability
- • Ability to make independent decisions with or without established guidelines and provide technical support to clients, brokers, and underwriters

- • Annual salary range of $115,000 - $145,000
- • National remote position with approximately 35% travel requirement
