  • • Horizon3.ai is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our rapidly expanding remote cybersecurity company. This pivotal role is instrumental in our mission to empower organizations by proactively identifying and rectifying exploitable attack vectors before malicious actors can leverage them. You will be a key player in driving growth and expanding our customer base by generating high-quality leads and facilitating initial customer engagement. Working alongside a team of seasoned cybersecurity veterans and startup innovators, you will contribute to the development of best practices and directly impact the success of our sales organization.
  • • In this dynamic role, your primary responsibilities will revolve around the proactive identification and acquisition of new sales opportunities. This involves initiating outbound cold calls to prospective clients, crafting compelling and persuasive email campaigns, strategically leveraging social media platforms, and utilizing a variety of other communication channels to engage potential customers. A critical aspect of your day-to-day will be the prompt and professional follow-up with inbound leads, ensuring that every potential opportunity is meticulously nurtured and no prospect falls through the cracks. You will be responsible for making an excellent first impression, utilizing your professional communication skills to build rapport and establish credibility from the outset. A strong strategy for attracting customers will be developed and executed, employing effective email and call scripts tailored to resonate with target audiences.
  • • You will become proficient in utilizing essential prospecting and research tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Seamless.ai. This proficiency will be applied in close coordination with assigned Account Executives to pinpoint potential opportunities within target accounts. A significant part of your role will involve implementing effective handoff plans to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads to the sales team, and meticulously preparing for qualification calls and discovery meetings with these prospects. Furthermore, you will manage the intricate scheduling and calendaring of sales calls, emails, and other crucial engagements, ensuring efficient time management and optimal engagement with prospects. You will diligently track leads throughout their journey, executing follow-up actions with agility and precision to maintain momentum and drive conversions.
  • • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will effectively collaborate and work cooperatively with a diverse range of cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, and Operations, contributing to various strategic initiatives. You will actively participate in strategizing sessions with the sales development team to innovate and continuously improve the overall sales development process, sharing insights and implementing new approaches. A commitment to continuous learning is essential; you will stay up-to-date and informed with the latest product and service information, maintaining a deep and comprehensive knowledge of Horizon3.ai's offerings to confidently answer potential customer questions and address their concerns. Finally, you will be instrumental in setting, monitoring, and striving to exceed sales goals, ensuring consistent and measurable progress towards achieving ambitious targets.

🎯 Requirements

  • • At least 6 months of experience working in a Sales Development role.
  • • At least 6 months of experience in the information security, cybersecurity, or SaaS space.
  • • Fluency in French and English.
  • • Experience with prospecting and research tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seamless.ai, Outreach.io, Zoominfo, and Salesforce CRM.
