  • • Own the technical win from first handshake to final signature. You will quarterback every technical touchpoint—discovery workshops, white-boarding sessions, architecture reviews, custom demos, and production-grade POCs—guiding Fortune 1000 buyers to “yes” on Uniphore’s Business AI Cloud.
  • • Translate board-level imperatives into AI roadmaps. Whether the C-suite wants to cut contact-center OPEX by 30 %, launch a new revenue-generating digital channel, or embed real-time coaching for 20 k agents, you will map those goals to concrete LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI use-cases that run on our multimodal platform.
  • • Build jaw-dropping demos that make abstract AI tangible. Spin up a Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipeline in minutes, show how Emotion AI flags at-risk customers in real time, or stitch together voice, video, and text data to prove 5Ă— faster resolution times—then hand the customer the steering wheel so they feel the magic themselves.
  • • Architect enterprise-grade solutions that pass the toughest security, compliance, and scalability reviews. You will diagram VPCs, private-link integrations, role-based access, PII redaction, and multi-region failover so that CISOs and CIOs sleep well at night.
  • • Run consultative discovery sessions with stakeholders ranging from VPs of Customer Experience to ML engineers. Distill hours of conversation into crisp problem statements, measurable success criteria, and phased implementation plans that fit both budget cycles and corporate politics.
  • • Author crisp RFP/RFI responses, SOWs, and technical addenda that win on both features and trust. Translate legalese into plain English for internal teams and vice-versa, ensuring every promise is one we can over-deliver on.
  • • Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy: when to pull in product engineering, how to price expansion modules, which proof-points will neutralize the competition, and how to craft ROI models that withstand procurement scrutiny.
  • • Mentor junior Sales Engineers and Solutions Consultants. Run weekly demo-jams, share reusable code snippets, and build an internal knowledge base so the entire West-Coast pod levels up faster.
  • • Stay surgically current on the AI landscape—new foundation-model releases, vector-database benchmarks, emerging security threats, and regulatory shifts—then feed that intel back to product and marketing to keep Uniphore two steps ahead.
  • • Evangelize Uniphore at industry events, webinars, and customer advisory boards, turning technical credibility into pipeline and thought-leadership into revenue.
  • • Travel up to 30 % for high-stakes workshops, EBC visits, and on-site POCs, bringing the full power of our platform directly to the customer’s data center or preferred cloud region.
  • • Champion a culture of customer obsession: obsess over NPS, time-to-value, and expansion ARR, not just the initial signature. You will remain the customer’s technical North Star long after the ink dries, ensuring every deployment becomes a reference story.
