- • Focus on selling Perk’s travel and spend management platform to mid-to-large enterprise companies (250–5000+ employees) headquartered in France.
- • Proactively self-generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calls, strategic outreach, and referrals, with SDR support limited to demo assistance.
- • Own the full sales cycle from first outreach to contract signature, including product demonstrations, negotiation, and follow-up.
- • Represent Perk at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events across France to build brand presence and generate new opportunities.
- • Travel regularly within France to meet prospects and clients in person, cultivating trusted relationships essential for closing enterprise deals.
- • Translate complex product features into clear business value for C-level stakeholders in finance, procurement, IT, and travel management.
- • Evaluate clients’ existing infrastructure and recommend tailored SaaS solutions to drive digital transformation.
- • Suggest innovative upsell and partner opportunities to increase sales and enhance customer experience.
- • Leverage AI tools daily for account research, prioritization, outreach drafting, and pipeline management to increase efficiency and focus on high-impact activities.
- • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, forecasts, and pipeline health with accuracy and consistency.
- • Stay current on product updates and new feature launches to maintain expert-level knowledge and credibility with prospects.
- • Help define and establish best practices within the sales team through active contribution and collaboration.
- • Guide conservative clients toward adopting digital spend and travel solutions through consultative selling techniques.
- • Maintain a high degree of autonomy in managing time, pipeline, and priorities while sustaining consistent outbound activity and meeting aggressive close rates.
- • Contribute to team-wide initiatives and take ownership of projects that deliver measurable value to the broader business.
🎯 Requirements
- • Demonstrable track record in B2B sales, ideally within tech, SaaS, or related sectors.
- • Proven ability to self-source and close enterprise accounts independently, owning the full sales cycle from first contact to signature.
- • Exceptional discipline and rigour in managing time, pipeline, and priorities, with the energy and resilience to sustain high outbound activity and frequent travel.
- • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to articulate complex product value to C-level stakeholders.
- • Experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- • Confident and intentional use of AI tools in daily workflows, including understanding when to rely on AI output versus human judgment.
