📋 Description
- • Senior Salesforce Administrator role at FICO, a leading global analytics software company, where you will partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and drive go-to-market efficiency across the B2B Scores business.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, designing declarative Salesforce solutions (Flows, automation), managing data governance and integrity using tools like DemandTools, leading system testing and user acceptance, and serving as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Sales Solutions and data integrations.
- • You will work within a collaborative, matrixed team using Scrum and agile methodologies to support FICO’s migration from siloed tools to Salesforce, ensuring platform health, compliance, and optimization across enterprise systems including Oracle, Onestream, Tableau, Snowflake, and Conga CLM.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in enterprise CRM, AI-enabled Salesforce features (Einstein Analytics, Agentforce), and DevOps practices while contributing to process excellence and digital transformation at a Fortune 500 analytics leader.
🎯 Requirements
- • Salesforce Administrator Certification Required; Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications strongly preferred
- • Proven enterprise Salesforce administration experience with hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud (Opportunity, Account, Contact, Lead Management, Quoting, Reporting, Dashboards) and Service Cloud (preferred)
- • Strong proficiency in designing and implementing Salesforce Flows and declarative automation, managing user roles/profiles/permission sets/sharing rules, and maintaining data security and integrity
- • Experience establishing data governance frameworks, internal controls, compliance, release management, and familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD, change sets, sandbox management, GitHub)
- • Experience working in agile methodologies, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders in fast-paced technology environments
