Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Drive end-to-end SAP EWM transformation for global leaders in life science, chemicals and food production, translating complex warehouse operations into scalable, future-proof solutions that reduce cost-to-serve by up to 25 % and increase inventory accuracy to 99.9 %.
- • Own the complete project lifecycle—from initial vision workshops and AS-IS analysis through blueprinting, configuration, prototyping, testing, training and hyper-care—ensuring every milestone delivers measurable business value and earns customer referenceability.
- • Architect and configure embedded EWM within S/4HANA, leveraging advanced features such as slotting, wave picking, labor management, cross-docking, yard management and RF frameworks to create highly automated, compliant and resilient warehouse processes.
- • Lead requirement-gathering sessions with plant managers, supply-chain directors, QA/QC teams and shop-floor operators, distilling thousands of data points into concise business blueprints that balance regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, GMP, HACCP) with operational agility.
- • Build and present compelling prototypes and proof-of-concepts that demonstrate how real-time integration with MES, LIMS, TMS and PLC systems will eliminate manual touchpoints, cut cycle times and provide end-to-end traceability from raw material to finished goods.
- • Mentor cross-functional teams of functional consultants, technical developers and key users, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing that reduces overall project risk and accelerates adoption across multiple plants and geographies.
- • Provide authoritative guidance during cut-over weekends and go-live hyper-care, applying root-cause analysis and rapid remediation to ensure zero-defect launches and immediate ROI recognition for CFOs and COOs.
- • Contribute to Nagarro’s EWM Center of Excellence by creating reusable templates, best-practice playbooks and accelerator libraries that shorten future implementations by 20 % and strengthen our market differentiation.
- • Support pre-sales activities—crafting tailored solution architectures, effort estimations and risk assessments that win multi-million-euro programs while setting realistic expectations and laying the groundwork for successful delivery.
- • Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating SAP’s latest innovations (e.g., EWM in S/4HANA Cloud, Fiori apps, machine learning for demand forecasting, robotics integration) and translating them into pragmatic roadmaps that keep our clients competitive.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of hands-on SAP EWM configuration and at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations in process industries (life science, chemicals or food production).
- • Deep expertise in embedded EWM master data, warehouse process types, inbound/outbound delivery processing, storage control, warehouse tasks and RF frameworks.
- • Proven ability to design GxP-compliant warehouse processes, including temperature-controlled storage, batch/serial handling, status management and audit trails.
- • Strong consulting skills: requirement workshops, business blueprinting, Fit-to-Standard analysis, cut-over planning and post-go-live support.
- • Fluency in English (C1+); German language skills are a strong plus.
🏖️ Benefits
- • 100 % remote-first culture with flexible working hours and the freedom to work from anywhere in Europe.
- • Annual personal development budget of €3,000 plus 10 % of your working time dedicated to learning and certifications.
- • Company-sponsored sabbatical after 3 years of tenure and the option to work part-time without career penalty.
- • Premium private health insurance, mental-wellness program and quarterly team retreats in inspiring locations.
