📋 Description

• • Architect and steer end-to-end SAP S/4HANA QM transformations for global leaders in life science, chemicals, and food production, translating complex regulatory landscapes into scalable, future-proof solutions that safeguard product integrity and patient safety.
• • Own the complete QM project lifecycle—from initial discovery workshops and regulatory gap analyses through blueprinting, configuration, prototyping, testing, cut-over, and hyper-care—ensuring every milestone meets GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 9001, and HACCP standards.
• • Design and configure QM master data (inspection types, characteristics, sampling procedures, catalogs, quality notifications) and integrate them seamlessly with PP, MM, WM, and SD processes to create a closed-loop quality system that prevents deviations before they impact the shop floor.
• • Lead cross-functional teams of functional, technical, and validation specialists in agile sprints, driving backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives while maintaining rigorous CSV documentation and traceability matrices required for GMP audits.
• • Develop migration strategies for legacy LIMS, QMS, and Excel-based quality data into SAP QM, leveraging SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, and custom BAPIs to ensure zero-loss data integrity and full historical traceability.
• • Create and deliver executive-level business cases that quantify ROI through reduced batch release times, lower deviation rates, and faster CAPA cycles, using KPI dashboards built in SAP Analytics Cloud and Fiori.
• • Coach plant-level quality managers, super-users, and shop-floor inspectors during global roll-outs, designing role-based training curricula, quick-reference cards, and e-learning modules that accelerate adoption and sustain continuous improvement.
• • Support pre-sales pursuits by leading discovery workshops, preparing fit-gap analyses, and authoring solution architectures that demonstrate Nagarro’s thought leadership in digital quality and regulatory compliance.
• • Continuously scan the horizon for emerging SAP innovations—such as predictive quality analytics, blockchain-based batch genealogy, and AI-driven defect recognition—and pilot these technologies in proof-of-concepts that keep our clients ahead of the curve.
• • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing within Nagarro’s global QM practice by hosting internal webinars, contributing to reusable accelerators, and mentoring junior consultants to expand our delivery capacity and domain expertise.
