Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end design of sales-centric business processes for discrete-manufacturing clients, translating complex requirements into elegant SAP SD, CPQ and Web-Shop solutions that accelerate revenue and delight customers.
- • Lead fit-gap analysis workshops with plant managers, sales directors and IT stakeholders to map current-state pain points against SAP S/4HANA best practices, then craft future-state blueprints that cut order-to-cash cycle times by up to 35 %.
- • Architect and model E2E scenarios unique to manufacturing and automotive—think variant configuration, make-to-order, after-sales service, dealer portals and spare-parts logistics—ensuring every touch-point from inquiry to invoice is harmonised across SAP and non-SAP systems.
- • Drive the complete project life-cycle: from early-stage proof-of-concept demos that win executive buy-in, through iterative build sprints, rigorous integration and user-acceptance testing, to hyper-care stabilisation and continuous-improvement run support.
- • Switch seamlessly between green-field implementations and brown-field roll-outs; re-engineer legacy ECC landscapes into lean S/4HANA cores while safeguarding years of master data and custom enhancements.
- • Collaborate daily in hybrid, multicultural teams that span Germany, Eastern-Europe nearshore and India offshore; orchestrate knowledge transfer, code reviews and joint design sessions to deliver 24-hour development velocity without compromising quality.
- • Innovate beyond standard SAP: prototype new micro-services on BTP, embed AI-driven pricing engines, or create mobile CPQ apps that give field sales real-time inventory visibility—even when the plant Wi-Fi is down.
- • Mentor junior consultants and client super-users, turning them into self-sufficient process champions who can extend and optimise the solution long after go-live.
- • Contribute to Nagarro’s SAP Centre of Excellence by documenting reusable accelerators, publishing thought-leadership blogs and co-hosting webinars that showcase how discrete manufacturers can thrive in an experience-economy.
- • Champion continuous improvement: monitor post-go-live KPIs such as perfect-order rate, credit-block reduction and dealer portal NPS, then launch quarterly release trains that push the boundaries of what SAP can deliver.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years hands-on SAP SD configuration in discrete-manufacturing or automotive environments, including deep knowledge of pricing, output determination, batch management and variant configuration.
- • Proven track record of at least two full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or brown-field conversions, ideally using Activate methodology and Solution Manager.
- • Strong consulting mindset: ability to run fit-gap workshops, create detailed functional specs, and translate business pain into technical user-stories for ABAP, Fiori and CPI developers.
- • Fluent English for client-facing workshops and documentation; German language skills are a strong plus for DACH-region projects.
🏖️ Benefits
- • 100 % remote-first culture with flexible working hours and the freedom to work from anywhere in the EU/UK time zones.
- • Annual training budget of €3 000 plus 10 % on-the-clock learning time to keep your S/4HANA, BTP and industry certifications current.
- • Opportunity to shape next-gen manufacturing solutions in a fast-growing, global digital engineering powerhouse with zero red tape.
