Senior Scrum Master

📋 Description

• • The Senior Scrum Master role at TD SYNNEX Corporation is critical for building and leading high-performing, multi-disciplinary Agile teams of 8-10 members across development, QA, and testing functions using the SAFe framework. This role ensures teams follow Agile best practices, remove impediments, and achieve self-organization to deliver committed work each sprint.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning Agile values and practices, coaching and mentoring self-organized teams, facilitating standard Scrum processes, leading sprint ceremonies (daily standups, planning, reviews, retrospectives), collaborating with Product Owners on backlog refinement, driving Scrum of Scrums meetings to manage dependencies, ensuring sprint delivery, removing impediments with stakeholders, and providing Agile coaching beyond immediate teams.
