Senior Security Engineer, Detection and Response

📋 Description

• • As a Senior Security Engineer in Detection and Response at HackerOne, you will design and deliver AI-powered detection and response capabilities to protect a modern, cloud-native environment by writing code, building automation, and embedding intelligence into security workflows.
• • Day to day, you will design detection-as-code across cloud and SaaS systems, build automated investigation and response workflows using AI/LLM tooling, lead incident response efforts, improve observability through cross-functional partnerships, and continuously tune detections using data-driven feedback loops.
• • HackerOne is a global leader in Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), uniting AI with the world’s largest community of security researchers to continuously discover, validate, prioritize, and remediate exposures across code, cloud, and AI systems for industry leaders including Goldman Sachs, Uber, and the U.S. Department of Defense.
