- • Own security administration and configuration for core IT platforms including Okta, Slack, and Google Workspace, ensuring alignment with corporate security policies and least-privilege access principles
- • Manage day-to-day IT support requests during EMEA working hours with a primary focus on security-related systems, incidents, and access issues
- • Lead the rollout, deployment, and ongoing management of endpoint protection tools including EDR (e.g., CrowdStrike, SentinelOne), MDM (e.g., Jamf, Workspace ONE), and DLP controls across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
- • Partner with the broader Security team to prepare for and support SOC2 compliance audits, including evidence collection, process documentation, and control hardening
- • Develop, refine, and enforce corporate security policies for endpoint protection, application access, data loss prevention, and user account governance
- • Act as the primary IT systems point of contact during declared security incidents, leading triage, coordination, escalation, and post-incident follow-through
- • Monitor security dashboards, portals, and automated alerts across IT platforms, investigate alerts with priority, and execute appropriate remediation actions
- • Audit user access across all corporate systems and tools, automating routine access reviews and revocation workflows where feasible to reduce human error
- • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT security systems, operational workflows, FAQs, and incident response procedures
- • Build installation packages and policy configurations for endpoint security software and serve as the escalation point for deployment failures or misconfigurations
- • Design and visualize data flows between IT systems to clarify data movement, exposure points, and governance boundaries
- • Develop dashboards, reports, and alerting mechanisms using APIs, logging platforms, and internal systems to improve visibility into security posture and operational health
- • Stay current on emerging security threats, zero-day vulnerabilities, and vendor advisories, assessing internal impact and recommending proactive response plans
- • Collaborate with Security and Engineering teams to improve system-level controls, reduce friction in secure workflows, and enable secure developer experiences
- • Support compliance initiatives by representing IT systems during audits, reviewing internal processes for adherence, and recommending improvements to meet regulatory requirements
- • Use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, enhance reporting efficiency, and reduce manual effort in security monitoring and access management
- • Maintain strong judgment and clear documentation practices to ensure seamless collaboration between IT, Security, and other cross-functional teams
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- • 3+ years of experience working with endpoint security tools such as CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or similar EDR and antivirus platforms
- • 3+ years of experience with SSO and SAML technologies using Okta, Google, or other identity providers
- • 3+ years of experience with mobile device management tools such as Jamf, Workspace ONE, or similar platforms
- • 3+ years of experience administering DLP controls across platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, and GitHub
- • Experience leading EDR, MDM, and DLP rollouts in a mid-sized organization
