📋 Description

• • Senior Service Designer shaping the end-to-end platform-wide service experience for College Board’s Authentic Work Platform (AWP), a mission-driven SaaS platform supporting authentic student work across K–12, higher education, and professional contexts.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing service journeys across the AWP lifecycle (onboard, create, deliver, score, report, support), applying systems thinking to map user, program, and technical relationships, maintaining service blueprints and journey maps, conducting generative and evaluative research with diverse stakeholders, facilitating cross-team workshops, aligning design standards, and integrating AI responsibly while prioritizing equity, accessibility, and scalability.
• • Part of the User Centered Platforms and Practices team where product, content, design, and engineering converge to build connective tissue—tools, platforms, and practices—that enable scalable, user-centered product delivery at College Board.
• • Opportunity to influence platform strategy for a decade-scale transformation, mentor peers in service design practice, shape ethical and inclusive service standards, and contribute to a platform that ensures student work remains authentic, meaningful, and secure in an AI-enabled world.
