Senior Site Reliability Engineer

📋 Description

• • As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at DriveWealth Holdings, Inc., you will be an engineering force responsible for the architecture, scalability, and self-healing capabilities of the Brokerage-as-a-Service platform, moving beyond "keeping the lights on" to eliminate toil through automation and system modernization.
• • Day to day, you will design and develop internal SRE platforms and tools to automate complex workflows, architect and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and manage GitOps workflows via ArgoCD, implement observability with OpenTelemetry and the Grafana stack (Alloy, Loki, Tempo, Mimir), define and manage SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets, review software architecture and Kubernetes metrics for high availability and cost optimization across AWS regions, lead incident response and root-cause analysis, champion blameless post-mortems, and collaborate with engineering teams to adopt reliability best practices and security standards.
