• • As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer focused on databases, you will design and build platforms, automation, and AI-driven tooling that power Airwallex's database infrastructure, ensuring reliability, performance, and security at scale.
• • You will build a unified database observability platform, implement secure AI agent access via MCP, develop AI-powered automation for routine DBA tasks, and create self-service tools for provisioning and managing Postgres and Redis instances.
• • You will join the Database team within Infrastructure, a globally distributed group expanding to Seattle, focused on making databases invisible to product engineers through automation and tooling.
• • You will deepen your expertise in cloud infrastructure, database systems, AI integration, and platform engineering while contributing to the stability of a global payments platform used by hundreds of thousands of businesses.
