📋 Description

• As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer for the Datacraft team at Bloomreach Inc., you will serve as the reliability backbone for an AI-first data platform powering personalization for over 1,400 global brands. Your work ensures the stability, scalability, and observability of data pipelines, AI agent infrastructure, and analytics systems that hundreds of enterprise customers rely on daily.
• Day to day, you will build and maintain reliability ecosystems on GCP and Kubernetes, own Terraform-based infrastructure, automate CI/CD pipelines via GitLab, drive end-to-end observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry, enforce security and compliance for ISO/SOC2 audits, participate in L3 on-call rotations, and ensure reliability of the Loomi Analytics Agent’s data infrastructure including LLM API gateways and evaluation pipelines.
• The Datacraft team is building Bloomreach’s next-generation data platform for Engagement, owning data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks), the Loomi Analytics Agent, and modern analytics stacks. As an AI-first team, they expect fluent use of coding agents like Cursor and Claude Code as a core part of daily workflows, treating code as a commodity and leveraging AI to accelerate development and problem-solving.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in SRE practices for complex data and AI platforms, lead reliability initiatives end-to-end, influence architecture decisions for operability, and achieve measurable improvements in MTTR, deployment confidence, and alert signal-to-noise ratio — positioning you as a trusted reliability partner in a high-impact, innovative engineering organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience with GCP (BigQuery, DataProc, Cloud Composer, GCS) and Kubernetes
• Experience with Python; Go is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with data pipeline technologies (Kafka, Airflow/Cloud Composer, Spark, Iceberg) and ability to operate them reliably
• Fluent use of AI coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, Gemini CLI, or similar) as a core part of daily workflow
• Comfortable with on-call rotation and 24/7 incident response
• Remote-first mindset with ability to thrive in distributed teams across Central Europe
