- • The Senior Site Reliability Engineer will ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of Bloomreach’s in-memory database (IMF) and related services running on Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes, playing a critical role in supporting the company’s agentic AI platform for personalization used by over 1,400 global brands.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing Kubernetes components, handling incident response and root cause analysis, participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation, developing automation tools in Python and Go, monitoring system performance, ensuring reliable backups and recovery, and collaborating with engineering and product teams.
- • The Analytics team operates remotely within the Central European Time Zone, with opportunities to meet in Brno, Prague, or Bratislava, and is part of a culture that values freedom, trust, flexibility, and results-driven work across global hubs.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cloud-native infrastructure, SRE practices, and automation while contributing to scalable systems that power AI-driven personalization, with clear progression from onboarding to ownership of key projects over the first 180 days.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
- • Strong understanding of Kubernetes and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- • Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Go, or Shell
- • Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., VictoriaMetrics, Grafana) and logging systems
- • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines in GitLab or similar platforms
- • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively in remote teams
