  • • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring Showpo's social media presence is not only elevated and platform-native but also delivers significant commercial impact. You will own the entire social content ecosystem across our key channels, from strategic content planning and execution to fostering deep creator and community engagement, and driving performance-led optimisation.
  • • Your responsibilities will span the strategic development and implementation of engaging social media campaigns that resonate with our target audience. This includes conceptualising and overseeing the creation of compelling content that aligns with Showpo's brand voice and aesthetic, ensuring it is tailored for each specific platform to maximise reach and engagement.
  • • You will be at the forefront of community management, actively engaging with our followers, responding to comments and messages, and cultivating a loyal and interactive online community. Building and nurturing relationships with key influencers and content creators will also be a significant part of your role, ensuring authentic brand representation and expanding our reach through strategic collaborations.
  • • Performance analysis and optimisation will be central to your success. You will be responsible for monitoring social media metrics, analysing campaign performance, and deriving actionable insights to continuously improve our strategies and achieve our business objectives. This involves staying abreast of the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure Showpo remains at the cutting edge.
  • • Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with our Brand, Creative, E-commerce, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives. Your insights will help shape brand messaging, product launches, and promotional campaigns, ensuring social content effectively strengthens our brand world, deepens audience connection, and directly contributes to business growth.

  • • Managing the end-to-end content creation process for social media, including ideation, copywriting, and coordination with the creative team.
  • • Overseeing the daily management and scheduling of content across all relevant social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest).
  • • Driving community engagement by actively monitoring conversations, responding to user inquiries, and fostering a positive and interactive brand community.
  • • Identifying, building, and managing relationships with relevant influencers and content creators to amplify brand reach and authenticity.
  • • Analysing social media performance data, generating regular reports, and translating insights into actionable optimisation strategies.
  • • Staying ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for Showpo.
  • • Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and integrated campaign execution.
  • • Contributing to the strategic planning for future social media initiatives and campaigns, particularly in preparation for 2026.
  • • Managing social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Senior Social Media Specialist, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and community growth.
  • • Deep understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.), their algorithms, best practices, and advertising capabilities.
  • • Excellent copywriting, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail and brand voice.
  • • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimise social media strategies for performance.
  • • Experience in influencer marketing and community management, with a demonstrated ability to build and nurture online communities and creator relationships.
