• • On the Autoprogression team, your primary focus will be on crafting a seamless and frictionless experience for providers utilizing the Stellar application. This involves the critical tasks of ingesting and transforming complex data to ensure providers can trust our application as their definitive source of truth. You will also be responsible for evolving the frontend user experience, making it more intuitive, insightful, and efficient. This encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from backend data management to frontend user interface enhancements, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing product.
• • Your responsibilities will be broad and impactful:
• • Own the end-to-end development and delivery of significant components of our core product, translating complex business needs into robust technical solutions.
• • Write exceptionally clear, concise, and production-ready code for the Stellar Health Platform, adhering to high standards of quality and maintainability.
• • Develop and maintain mission-critical data pipelines, ensuring they are highly scalable, efficient, and flexible enough to accommodate diverse customer and internal data requirements.
• • Drive the creation of new features by engaging in regular, productive collaboration with our product managers, ensuring alignment between technical execution and product vision.
• • Take ownership of initiatives within the team's backlog, proactively setting technical direction and breaking down complex tasks into well-defined, manageable milestones.
• • Establish and uphold consistent standards for code quality, comprehensive testing, and effective bug resolution throughout the development lifecycle.
• • Ensure our users, the healthcare providers, are presented with timely, accurate, and actionable information that directly supports their daily workflows and enhances patient care.
