- • Senior Software Engineer focused on engineering excellence within the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring products meet the highest standards of scalability, extensibility, quality, and supportability at Bullhorn, Inc.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining sprint velocity through hands-on Salesforce development, designing and building scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and platform capabilities, writing clean code aligned to SOLID principles, conducting code reviews, leveraging AI-first tooling, building integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, identifying risks, and collaborating cross-functionally with architects, product teams, and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments.

🎯 Requirements
- • Strong hands-on Salesforce engineering experience, including Apex development (triggers, async processing, batch/scheduled jobs) and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- • Experience with Salesforce object models, custom objects, Flows, automation, and scalable data architecture
- • Confidence writing efficient SOQL/SOSL queries, understanding governor limits, performance optimization, and scalability best practices
- • Experience building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with knowledge of authentication, security, and platform best practices
- • Familiarity with deployment tooling, Git workflows, Salesforce CLI, and CI/CD pipelines
- • Commitment to engineering quality through testing, code reviews, documentation, and maintainable code
- • Active use of AI development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex) to improve productivity and problem-solving
- • Collaborative, customer-minded mindset with comfort working across technical and non-technical teams in Agile/Scrum environments
