• • Join Walmart's CCaaS Platform team as a Senior Software Engineer, a pivotal role in shaping the future of retail technology. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying Walmart's next-generation Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platform, a multi-tenant solution engineered to support all business functions.
• • This role is at the forefront of innovation, leveraging state-of-the-art AI and GenAI capabilities to significantly enhance agent experience and productivity. You will contribute to empowering customers with advanced self-service options and play a key part in reducing average handle time in client-agent interactions, directly impacting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• • As a hands-on engineer, you will report to the Sr. Engineering Manager in IDC and be responsible for the end-to-end development and maintenance of enterprise-grade microservices and robust pipelines that form the backbone of our CCaaS platform.
• • You will be an integral part of Walmart's Enterprise Business Services (EBS), a division renowned for delivering world-class technology solutions that have a profound impact across the entire organization. EBS teams are the engine behind critical operations, from associate technology enablement to customer purchases, supplier onboarding, financial closing, risk management, and payroll accuracy.

• • Your responsibilities will encompass the full software development lifecycle: designing, developing, implementing, and documenting new product features. • • Working in close alignment with Architects, you will adhere to established best practices and architectural guidelines to deliver solutions that meet stringent QCD (Quality, Cost, and Delivery) standards. Your work will directly contribute to the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our critical contact center infrastructure.
• • You will be a practitioner of Agile (Scrum) methodologies, contributing to a dynamic and iterative development process that emphasizes flexibility and rapid response to changing requirements.
• • The role involves working with CI/CD development environments and tools such as Git, Maven, and Jenkins, ensuring efficient and automated deployment processes.
