📋 Description

• Senior Software Engineer role focused on building and evolving core product experiences for Collective’s member platform, empowering self-employed individuals with financial independence tools.
• Own features end-to-end — from problem definition and solution building to deployment and iteration based on customer feedback; leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Operations teams to translate ambiguous member needs into simple, effective solutions using modern fullstack technologies.
• Drive continuous shipping, instrument systems for performance, and make informed tradeoffs between speed, scalability, and maintainability while improving developer workflows through automation and AI-assisted processes.
