• • In this critical role, you will be instrumental in designing and delivering core features for our innovative AI-powered platform. You will operate across the full technology stack, from architecting robust backend services using Ruby on Rails to developing highly intuitive and performant user interfaces with React. A significant focus of this position will be taking ownership of a key initiative to expand and enhance our integrations framework. This will involve making it significantly easier for our users to connect with the tools they already utilize, thereby unlocking new and powerful workflows. You will collaborate closely with our Product and Customer Experience (CX) teams to deeply understand user needs, meticulously prioritize feature capabilities, and deliver seamless, reliable, and scalable integrations that form the backbone of our platform's connectivity.
