- • As a Senior Software Engineer at Twilio, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of communications by contributing to the development of best-in-class Twilio SDKs and a sophisticated GraphQL layer. This is a unique opportunity to work on core products that empower millions of developers worldwide to craft personalized customer experiences and build innovative Contact Center UIs and real-time AI Contact Center products.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to design, build, and maintain large-scale backend services, with an unwavering focus on reliability, availability, scalability, and performance. You will be instrumental in ensuring that Twilio's services are robust and can handle the demands of a rapidly growing global customer base.
- • You will take the lead in technical design efforts, ensuring that architectural decisions are not only sound and well-documented but also future-proof, anticipating the evolving needs of the business and its developers.

You will be central to creating a core product that provides significant leverage to all of Twilio’s Flex Contact Center and engineering teams, enabling them to deliver advanced features and innovative solutions.
