• • As a Senior Software Engineer, your day-to-day responsibilities will span across several key areas. You will be involved in the design and implementation of scalable distributed systems that are capable of handling high volumes of financial transactions and real-time events. This includes architecting services that can manage real-world scale, gracefully handle failure scenarios, and meet stringent performance constraints. A significant part of your role will involve ensuring strong data integrity and consistency across all distributed workflows, which is paramount for financial systems. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining secure infrastructure to protect sensitive financial data. Furthermore, you will identify and leverage AI tools to accelerate development cycles and enhance engineering workflows, contributing to an AI-first engineering culture. In terms of reliability and production operations, you will design systems with observability, monitoring, and failure recovery as core principles. You will be expected to debug complex production issues that may arise across distributed services and actively work to improve the reliability and performance of our mission-critical systems. Participation in on-call rotations will be necessary to ensure continuous platform stability. A vital aspect of this role is cross-functional collaboration; you will partner closely with product and business teams to translate customer needs into robust, scalable technical solutions. You will lead architectural decisions through hands-on implementation and contribute to raising engineering standards by mentoring other engineers on the team.
