📋 Description

• Own front-end features end-to-end by partnering with Product and Design to shape requirements, propose solutions, implement, test, ship, and iterate based on customer feedback and data.
• Build scalable UI architecture by designing and evolving component patterns, state management strategies, and front-end systems that support rapid iteration and long-term maintainability.
• Raise the quality bar by writing clean, well-tested, production-grade TypeScript/JavaScript code, improving code health through reviews, refactoring, and adherence to engineering standards.
• Deliver high-performance user experiences by optimizing rendering, bundle size, and responsiveness, and diagnosing performance issues using profiling and monitoring tools.
• Champion accessibility and UX excellence by ensuring all UIs meet WCAG accessibility standards, are fully responsive, and function reliably across modern browsers.
• Collaborate across the stack by working effectively with backend engineers to contribute to API contracts, integration patterns, and cohesive end-to-end feature delivery.
• Mentor and lead by influence through code reviews, pairing sessions, and helping teammates unblock complex technical challenges while contributing to technical direction and planning.
• Build with customer outcomes in mind by applying engineering best practices and leveraging feedback and data to improve key customer workflows.
• Drive innovation and technical direction by breaking down ambiguous problems, proposing architectural trade-offs, and exploring emerging trends—especially in AI/agent experiences—to elevate product capabilities.
• Engage with the broader front-end community at UiPath by sharing learnings, learning from peers across teams, and staying current with industry trends to continuously raise the engineering bar.
• Adopt and apply AI-assisted development tools responsibly to accelerate development tasks such as code generation, testing, debugging, and documentation, while maintaining a high standard of engineering quality.
• Develop intuitive, performant, and reliable user interfaces for UiPath Test Cloud, a cloud-based, AI-powered software testing platform that enables teams to design, run, and manage automated functional and API tests across browsers and mobile devices.
• Use modern web technologies including Angular, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, along with a shared design system, to create cohesive and accessible user experiences.
• Contribute to the evolution of a scalable front-end architecture that supports the rapid growth of a high-traffic, enterprise-grade testing platform.
• Translate ambiguous product problems into simple, elegant UI solutions by proactively contributing ideas beyond just implementing predefined specs.
• Maintain strong focus on code quality through comprehensive unit testing and continuous improvement of front-end test coverage.
• Work in a globally distributed team environment, collaborating with product, design, and engineering partners across geographies to deliver high-impact features with strong UX and quality standards.
• Stay aligned with company goals around Agentic Automation by ensuring front-end solutions enhance autonomous testing workflows and user productivity.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, developing high-quality, user-focused web interfaces with strong attention to performance, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Strong experience with modern front-end development (5+ years), using Angular or React with TypeScript (or equivalent modern framework experience).
• Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, browser fundamentals, and responsive design.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous problems into simple, elegant UI solutions, contributing ideas—not just implementing specs.
• Front-end architecture: Exceptional design, coding, and problem-solving skills, with a bias for architecting at scale.
• Core CS Fundamentals: Strong knowledge of computer science, algorithms, and design patterns.
