- • Senior Software Engineer role focused on building and improving systems that power Madhive’s advertising platform, spanning backend and client-facing features to support local media professionals in building profitable, differentiated businesses.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining frontend and backend features, contributing to UI component design for system visibility, supporting backend services for data accuracy and reliability, enhancing observability through dashboards and alerts, contributing to ad-tech-scale data and ML solutions, writing automated tests, participating in code reviews, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver features on time.
- • Madhive is a leading independent, fully customizable operating system for local media, empowering sales teams to extend reach into streaming and connecting local advertisers with communities; the company powers campaigns for over 30,000 SMBs daily and drives innovation in local media through premium supply partnerships and end-to-end campaign tools.
- • The role offers opportunity to deepen impact in a fast-moving AdTech environment, strengthen full-stack engineering expertise, contribute to reliable and well-tested software, and grow technical leadership through collaboration, code quality advocacy, and solving complex problems at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer working with modern frontend and backend technologies
- • Background in adtech, including hands-on experience with ad serving, pixels, tracking, measurement, or related systems
- • Solid backend development skills; experience with Golang or any modern backend language
- • Strong experience with React or a comparable frontend framework
- • Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Looker, OpenTelemetry, Centry, or New Relic
- • Comfortable working with automated testing frameworks and contributing to a testing culture
