• • Architect the future of DevOps: At SuperPlane you will own the design and delivery of core features that redefine how software is shipped and managed in the AI era. Every line of code you write becomes part of an open-source control plane used by thousands of engineers and autonomous agents worldwide.
• • End-to-end ownership from whiteboard to production: You will take ideas from initial concept through architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch optimization. This means writing Go services that scale to millions of events per second, crafting React interfaces that delight infrastructure teams, and ensuring everything runs flawlessly across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• • Build intelligent automation that learns: Partner daily with our AI research team to embed large-language-model reasoning directly into CI/CD pipelines. You will design systems where agents can propose, review, and even execute deployments under human supervision—reducing mean-time-to-recover by an order of magnitude.
• • Create bullet-proof multi-cloud abstractions: Develop and maintain the universal APIs that let teams treat Kubernetes, serverless, and edge runtimes as one logical fabric. Your code will handle credential rotation, policy enforcement, and cost optimization transparently so engineers can focus on product features instead of YAML fatigue.
• • Champion performance and security at scale: Profile distributed tracing data to shave milliseconds off critical paths, harden every endpoint against supply-chain attacks, and establish SLOs that keep p99 latency under 100 ms even when thousands of concurrent pipelines are running.
• • Shape engineering culture across time zones: Conduct rigorous but empathetic code reviews, author architectural decision records (ADRs) that become reference material for the broader community, and mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design sessions.
• • Iterate with customer feedback in hours, not weeks: Join live onboarding calls, ingest anonymized telemetry, and ship patches the same day when edge cases emerge. Your proximity to users ensures SuperPlane evolves at the speed of real-world pain points.
