• • With our next-generation Platform Orchestrator successfully launched, we are entering a critical phase of scaling our innovative product line, continuously integrating customer feedback and learnings to refine our offerings.
• • This role offers a unique opportunity to co-own the evolution of our products, contributing significantly to both immediate deliverables and the long-term strategic vision.
• • You will be a key contributor to building and scaling our category-defining Platform Orchestrator, directly impacting how developers interact with and manage cloud environments.
• • A significant and exciting aspect of this role is its customer-facing component; you will engage directly with customers, understanding their real-world use cases and challenges with our products.
• • Our technology stack is modern and diverse, featuring Go, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like OpenTofu and Terraform, TypeScript, React, Kubernetes, and Robot Framework, providing a rich environment for technical exploration and growth.

• • Preferred time zones for this role are UTC-5 to UTC-3, facilitating effective collaboration within our distributed team.
• • You will contribute to our core product, working across our technology stack, primarily with Go, on services that are the backbone of our applications. Experience with both Go and TypeScript is advantageous but not strictly required.
• • Take ownership of designing and refining technical systems, including microservices, customer interfaces, and automated tests, ensuring they remain scalable, reliable, and elegant as they evolve.
• • Engage directly with customers through channels like shared Slack, offering guidance on documentation, troubleshooting issues, and gathering valuable feedback. (Note: This is distinct from a traditional customer support or success engineering function.)
• • Foster close collaboration with colleagues across all departments to explore complex problems, prototype innovative solutions, and iterate rapidly on product features.
