- • As a Software Engineer at Aios Medical, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining the core software systems that power our mission to accelerate the global adoption of consumer biotech products. Your primary focus will be on developing and enhancing ClinicOS, our AI-powered clinical operating system, which enables consumer brands to offer direct-to-patient healthcare seamlessly across the globe.
- • You will be a key contributor to a fast-paced engineering team, responsible for everything from the foundational infrastructure to the user-facing features that define our patient and brand partner experiences. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving acumen, and a collaborative spirit, as you'll work closely with product, growth, operations, and clinical teams to ensure rapid and effective delivery of solutions.
- • Your success in this role will directly impact our ability to scale smoothly into new markets, reduce patient care times, and empower our teams to innovate towards our ambitious mission of helping people live at least 100 healthy years.
- • Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining robust software applications and systems that are critical for daily operations. This involves writing clean, efficient, and scalable code that adheres to high engineering standards.

- • A core objective is to deliver features that significantly improve patient efficiency, aiming to reduce average patient care time from 40 minutes towards zero. This requires a user-centric approach and a focus on streamlining workflows.
- • Knowledge sharing is essential for team growth. You will be responsible for writing and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, ensuring that knowledge is effectively transferred and compounded across the engineering team.

- • You will work in an async-first, fully remote environment, with the engineering team based in Kosovo. This setup allows for focused work and flexibility, with necessary overlap for collaborative calls during midday Pacific Time.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record of shipping high-quality web and/or mobile applications (React, React Native).
- • Deep experience in building and shipping modern GraphQL or REST APIs, coupled with comfort in system design, databases, background processing, and cloud deployments.
- • Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a distributed, async-first environment.
- • Based in Kosovo.
