• As a Senior Software Engineer on our Core Platform team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technology. You will be entrusted with the ownership and evolution of the entire end-to-end architecture of the Core Platform. This encompasses a broad spectrum of critical components, including our robust backend services, versatile Software Development Kits (SDKs), cutting-edge AI-enabled capabilities, and the essential supporting infrastructure that underpins our entire ecosystem.
• Your responsibilities will extend to the design, development, and operational management of highly scalable APIs, sophisticated event-driven systems, resilient distributed services, and intelligent AI-integrated workflows. A paramount focus will be placed on upholding the highest standards for reliability, ensuring optimal performance, implementing comprehensive observability, and maintaining stringent security protocols across all platform elements. This role demands exceptional architectural judgment, a proactive and hands-on approach to technical leadership, and a proven ability to foster strong cross-functional collaboration.
• You will be instrumental in delivering extensible platform capabilities that not only support traditional integration methods but also unlock the full potential of AI-driven use cases. This involves understanding the nuances of our customers' engineering challenges and translating them into robust, scalable software solutions. Your contributions will directly impact the ability of our customers to innovate and achieve their goals more effectively.
• Beyond individual contribution, you will be a key influencer in setting the technical direction for the Core Platform team. This includes identifying emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact, and advocating for their adoption where appropriate. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior and mid-level engineers, sharing your expertise, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Driving engineering best practices across the team, such as code reviews, testing strategies, and deployment pipelines, will be crucial to our collective success.
• We are a distributed team, with many members working remotely, yet we deeply value connection and collaboration. • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native technologies. Experience with various cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable. A strong grasp of data modeling, API design principles (REST, GraphQL), and messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) will be essential. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation) will also be beneficial. 🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in designing, developing, and operating large-scale, distributed backend systems and microservices.
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Java, C++).
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD best practices.
• Experience with API design and development (REST, GraphQL) and event-driven architectures.
