• • As a Senior Backend Engineer on the Agent Platform team, you will play a pivotal role in constructing the fundamental systems that underpin our AI agents. This includes architecting and implementing solutions for agent orchestration, sophisticated state management, seamless model integration, and robust evaluation pipelines. This is a core platform engineering role, focused on building the essential infrastructure that empowers our entire organization to deliver reliable, production-grade agentic automation. You will operate at the cutting edge of multi-agent systems, defining how these agents collaborate and interact to effectively solve complex healthcare workflows.
• • Your responsibilities will encompass owning critical backend services from inception through deployment and ongoing monitoring. You will be instrumental in building the verification systems and rigorous evaluation frameworks that ensure our agents consistently perform their tasks with accuracy and reliability. • • Taking full ownership of critical backend services, encompassing architecture design, implementation, deployment, and continuous monitoring.
