• • Senior Software Engineer, Backend/Investigative Agent role focused on building the architectural backbone of Nightshift, a conversational AI assistant that helps investigators surface critical evidence and close cases faster.
• • Design and develop the orchestration backend for complex LLM interactions, high-performance integration pipelines connecting AI to Flock’s data platform, and agentic frameworks enabling the AI to act on behalf of investigators.
• • Partner with ML engineers and platform teams to build robust APIs that ground AI in truth, ensuring reliability and performance when processing billions of data points daily.
• • Work in a high-performance, low-ego team at Flock Safety, a leading safety technology platform trusted by over 5,000 communities, 4,500 law enforcement agencies, and 1,000 businesses, backed by nearly $700M in funding and a $7.5B valuation.
• • Contribute to real-time intelligence systems that prioritize privacy and responsible innovation while supporting crime prevention across cities, law enforcement, schools, and neighborhoods.
