• • As a Senior Engineer, you will be at the forefront of architecting, deploying, and managing fully automated, cloud-scale data migration services. Your work will directly impact our ability to attract and retain enterprise customers by ensuring their transition to MongoDB Atlas is smooth, efficient, and reliable.
• • You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers across the organization to collectively build features that delight our customers. This cross-functional teamwork is essential for translating complex requirements into robust, scalable solutions.

• • By the end of your first year, you will be leading the design and development of major new features, mentoring new engineers, and possessing a comprehensive understanding of the team's owned products, enabling you to work effectively across the codebase.
