📋 Description

• • Own the end-to-end design and delivery of next-generation cloud application features that are used by thousands of global enterprises to orchestrate their most critical business processes. You will architect, code, test, deploy, and support distributed micro-services that scale to millions of transactions per day while maintaining sub-second response times.
• • Lead technical decision-making across the full stack—front-end (Angular, TypeScript, CSS3), back-end (Node.js, Java/Tomcat), data layer (MySQL, Elasticsearch, Kafka), and infrastructure (Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx). You will evaluate emerging technologies and make build-vs-buy recommendations that keep Jitterbit at the forefront of the iPaaS market.
• • Collaborate daily with Distinguished Engineers, Product Managers, UX Designers, and Site Reliability Engineers in a fully remote, agile environment. You will participate in architecture guilds, lead design reviews, and present technical road-maps to executive leadership, ensuring every line of code aligns with product strategy and customer value.
• • Champion a culture of engineering excellence by instituting rigorous code reviews, automated testing (unit, integration, performance), continuous integration/delivery pipelines, and comprehensive observability (metrics, logs, traces). You will mentor junior and mid-level engineers through pair-programming, brown-bag sessions, and career development plans.
• • Drive 24×7 operational excellence for services you build. You will own on-call rotations, incident response, post-mortems, and capacity planning, turning production lessons into resilient design patterns that keep our platform running at 99.99 % availability across AWS, Azure, and GCP regions.
• • Innovate relentlessly—experiment with serverless patterns, real-time stream processing, low-latency caching layers, and AI-driven automation to solve complex integration challenges. You will run proof-of-concepts, publish internal tech notes, and contribute to open-source projects that amplify Jitterbit’s thought leadership.
• • Translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions. You will break down epics into user stories, estimate effort with data-driven models, and deliver incremental value every sprint while maintaining backward compatibility and zero-downtime migrations for our enterprise customers.
• • Influence product direction by synthesizing customer feedback, competitive analysis, and telemetry data. You will partner with Customer Success to prioritize features that reduce time-to-value, increase adoption, and expand Jitterbit’s footprint within Fortune 500 accounts across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
• • Foster inclusive, remote-first collaboration. You will facilitate virtual stand-ups, retrospectives, and architecture workshops that span time zones from Rio de Janeiro to Bangalore, ensuring every voice is heard and the best idea wins—regardless of hierarchy or geography.
