  • • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in developing and shipping features for our cutting-edge visual data modeling tool, powered by our innovative Fusion engine.   • • Designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable features for our cloud-based analytics engineering platform.
  • • Taking ownership of entire product features or components, from initial ideation and technical design through to implementation, testing, and production monitoring.
  • • Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and other Engineering teams, to define requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • • Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code in relevant technologies, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
  • • Contributing to architectural decisions and technical strategy, helping to shape the future of our platform.
  • • Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of our services.
  • • Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • • Participating in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers, and upholding engineering best practices.
  • • Staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities to innovate and enhance our product offering.
  • • Driving the development of our new visual data modeling tool, ensuring it meets the needs of sophisticated data teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record of building and shipping full-stack products that have demonstrably improved customer outcomes.
  • • Strong full-stack development skills, including proficiency in React/TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and SQL, with the ability to own and manage the entire technology stack.
  • • Experience working effectively in an asynchronous, fully-remote, and distributed team environment.
  • • Demonstrated ability to weigh technical trade-offs, exhibit a bias towards action, and take full ownership of delivered work.
