📋 Description
- • Senior Software Engineer on the Context Engine team at Redis, building core infrastructure that enables AI agents to access and assemble context using Redis technology.
- • Design and implement systems for creating, transforming, and delivering context to AI agents with a focus on speed, relevance, and scale; write production-grade Go code and set quality standards for the team.
- • Operate with startup-level velocity in a well-resourced environment, prototyping, testing, and shipping features in rapid cycles while shaping product direction alongside leadership.
- • Own large surface areas of the product from design through production, using agentic coding tools and AI-assisted development workflows daily to push the boundaries of what’s possible in AI infrastructure.
- • Join a small, global team with high autonomy and direct impact, where your work contributes to a top-priority product shaping the future of AI agents and context-aware systems.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in backend or infrastructure engineering with a proven track record of shipping production systems
- • Strong proficiency in Go and hands-on experience building AI agents or agentic systems
- • Fluency with agentic coding tools and AI-assisted development workflows
- • Demonstrated high ownership and autonomy, with experience thriving in environments where you set your own direction
- • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across a distributed, global team
