• • As a Senior Software Engineer, CX at NICE Ltd., you will be an integral part of a dynamic R&D team, contributing to the development of a cutting-edge, multi-region, multi-tenant SaaS product. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our customer experience solutions, leveraging advanced technologies within a cloud-first, microservices-driven architecture.
• • You will take full ownership of the software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design through to implementation, rigorous unit testing, and seamless deployment. This end-to-end responsibility ensures the delivery of robust, high-quality software that meets and exceeds customer expectations.
• • A key aspect of your role will involve collaborating closely with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to guarantee the integrity and performance of the software, ensuring that all developed features are thoroughly tested and validated before release.
• • You will be instrumental in upholding and consistently implementing architectural concepts across the entire product, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
• • Acting as a product expert within the R&D department, you will develop a deep understanding of the product's intricate requirements and its strategic market positioning. This expertise will enable you to provide valuable insights and contribute to informed decision-making.
• • Close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Sales, Customer Support, and Services, will be essential. This partnership ensures that the product aligns with market needs, customer feedback, and business objectives, leading to successful product delivery and market adoption.
• • You will be responsible for designing and developing highly scalable, high-performance, and highly available systems, applying your expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to create efficient and robust solutions.
• • Your role will involve hands-on development experience with scalable, multi-tenant SaaS-based solutions, understanding the unique challenges and best practices associated with building such platforms.
• • You will work extensively with public cloud platforms, including AWS, and potentially Azure and GCP, to build and deploy cloud-native applications.
• • Proficiency in developing solutions that effectively leverage both SQL and NoSQL databases will be crucial for managing diverse data needs and ensuring optimal data performance.
• • You will actively participate in and contribute to Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices, utilizing tools like Jenkins to automate and streamline the build, test, and deployment processes.
