- • As a Senior Software Engineer, CX (.NET) at NICE Ltd., you will be a pivotal member of our core Research & Development team, instrumental in shaping and delivering a cutting-edge, multi-region, multi-tenant SaaS product. Your role will involve a deep dive into the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and architectural design to robust implementation, rigorous unit testing, and seamless deployment. You will be a key contributor in a cloud-first, microservices-driven environment, leveraging modern technologies like .NET/C#, AWS, and advanced data strategies to build products that are not only scalable and high-performance but also exceptionally reliable and secure.
- • You will be entrusted with significant ownership, ensuring that the architectural vision and design principles are meticulously translated into functional, high-quality code. This involves collaborating closely with QA teams to guarantee comprehensive testing and validation, ensuring that every feature meets our stringent standards for performance, scalability, and maintainability. Your expertise will be crucial in upholding the integrity of our architectural concepts across the entire product suite.
- • Beyond technical execution, you will serve as a product expert within the R&D department. This means developing a profound understanding of the product's intricate requirements, its strategic market positioning, and the competitive landscape. This holistic view will enable you to contribute meaningfully to product strategy and to translate complex business needs into elegant technical solutions.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve close collaboration with a diverse range of cross-functional teams. You will work hand-in-hand with Product Managers to align development efforts with product roadmaps, with Sales teams to understand market demands and customer feedback, with Customer Support to address user issues and ensure product stability, and with Services teams to facilitate smooth product integration and adoption.
- • You will lead the design and implementation of sophisticated software features, ensuring strict adherence to both High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) specifications. This leadership extends to championing the development of robust, scalable, and multi-tenant SaaS solutions that form the backbone of our customer-facing offerings.
- • Driving innovation and efficiency, you will actively advocate for and implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices. This includes leveraging tools and methodologies to automate build, test, and deployment processes, thereby enhancing development velocity and elevating overall product quality.
- • As a senior member of the team, you will play a crucial role in mentoring junior engineers. This involves sharing your extensive knowledge, guiding them through complex technical challenges, and fostering a culture of best practices, code quality, and continuous learning within the engineering group.
- • You will be instrumental in tackling complex technical challenges, devising innovative solutions to enhance product functionality, and optimizing system performance. Your ability to troubleshoot and resolve intricate issues will be vital in maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
- • Conducting thorough code reviews will be a regular part of your responsibilities, ensuring that all code adheres to established design principles, coding standards, and security best practices, thereby maintaining a high level of code quality and consistency across the codebase.
