📋 Description
- • Senior Software Engineer, Data role at PlayOn! Sports, responsible for designing, building, and operating data services and APIs that power real-time data ecosystems across high school sports platforms including NFHS Network, GoFan, and MaxPreps.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning service design, defining event contracts, ensuring schema alignment, and improving quality and reliability of data products used by application teams across the company.
- • Works within a mission-driven team focused on delivering reliable data infrastructure that supports streaming video, ticketing, scoring, and fan engagement for high school sports nationwide.
- • Opportunity to deepen expertise in production data systems, influence technical standards for data quality and observability, and take ownership of critical pipelines that impact business operations and user experiences.
