- • As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, creating, maintaining, auditing, and improving software applications. This involves hands-on coding, meticulous debugging, comprehensive testing, and effective troubleshooting throughout the entire software development lifecycle.

- • You will be responsible for establishing and promoting best practices for AI-assisted development, creating clear guidelines for code quality, security protocols, and the responsible use of AI technologies.

- • Develop and champion department-wide processes and standards that ensure the effective and seamless integration of AI throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- • Drive measurable improvements in Developer Experience by championing and facilitating the adoption of AI technologies.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- • Minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET web development.
- • Minimum of 5 years of experience working within an Agile development process.
- • Minimum of 5 years of experience with PowerShell or Bash scripting languages.
- • Minimum of 5 years of experience with automated unit testing frameworks.
- • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with AI tools and performing evaluations.
- • Minimum of 1 year of experience with Deployment or Infrastructure-as-code solutions.
- • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Angular front-end development (or equivalent).
- • Minimum of 2 years of experience with NoSQL database technologies (MongoDB preferred).
- • Minimum of 2 years of experience working within Microsoft's Azure DevOps.
- • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Kubernetes.
- • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Cloud architectures.
- • Deep expertise using AI coding assistants in professional contexts (e.g., Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar).
- • Advanced context engineering skills with demonstrated ability to effectively work with large language models.
- • Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and positively influence engineering practices.
