• • We are seeking a passionate and driven Senior Software Engineer to join the Agent Productivity Tools (APT) team, a critical part of the Enterprise Applications and Architecture organization.
• • The APT team is dedicated to creating innovative customer experience platforms, services, and applications that streamline customer service and compliance processes.
• • Your role will involve developing cutting-edge applications that leverage AI/ML technologies to enhance the productivity of Coinbase Customer Agents and other users, driving automation and delivering impact at scale.
• • You will be instrumental in building complete user-facing features, utilizing Golang and modern cloud technologies to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
• • Take ownership of the assessment and implementation of third-party tools, ensuring seamless integration and maximum benefit to our operations.
• • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, design, security, and data engineering, to tackle complex problems and deliver impactful outcomes.
• • Develop a deep understanding of Coinbase's platform, development practices, and technical domains, continuously seeking opportunities to drive improvements across multiple teams.
