📋 Description

• • As a Senior Software Engineer, Full-Stack at CareAccess Inc., you will develop and maintain modern software products that streamline operations, unlock efficiencies, and accelerate clinical research, directly contributing to the company’s mission of making health better for all.
• • Day to day, you will build full-stack web applications using TypeScript in a functional-first style, implement intuitive UIs from Figma mockups, develop scalable backend APIs with Node.js and PostgreSQL, collaborate via code reviews and mentorship, improve codebases to reduce technical debt, support production systems through deployments and incident response, write design documents, lead technical discussions, work with QA on testability, and participate in Agile ceremonies.
• • You will join an experienced, motivated cross-functional team at CareAccess, a global health organization with hundreds of research locations, mobile clinics, and clinicians dedicated to bringing world-class research and health services to underserved communities through initiatives like Future of Medicine and Difference Makers.
