- • The Practice Production team is at the forefront of this transformation, building the essential systems and tools that drive how dental practices grow, learn, and perform. We are dedicated to designing and delivering the next generation of engagement, diagnostic, and educational experiences. Our core mission is to drive Same Store Growth for our partners by equipping them with the critical insights and advanced clinical tools they need to thrive in a competitive landscape.
- • As a Senior Software Engineer I, you will be instrumental in building high-impact products across several key domains that are crucial to our mission. This includes the development of Simulation & Diagnostic Tools, where you will create sophisticated visual and data-driven tools that empower dentists to diagnose conditions and plan treatments with unparalleled effectiveness and precision. You will also contribute to Patient Education initiatives, crafting interactive and engaging experiences that help patients better understand their oral health and the various treatment options available to them, fostering informed decision-making.
- • Furthermore, you will be a key player in developing our Insights/Hub, a centralized performance dashboard designed to provide practices with actionable data. This tool will enable dental offices to optimize their growth strategies, identify areas for improvement, and ultimately enhance their operational efficiency and patient care. Your work will directly influence how dental practices leverage technology to achieve their business objectives and elevate the patient experience.
- • In this role, you will be expected to Architect & Build scalable services and rich frontend experiences across our Simulation, Diagnostic, and Insights domains. This involves taking ownership of the technical direction and execution of significant product features, ensuring they are robust, performant, and maintainable.
- • You will Drive Growth by owning features that are directly tied to our North Star Metric – Same Store Growth. This means a deep understanding of how your technical contributions translate into measurable value for our dental practice partners, focusing on outcomes that enhance their business performance.
- • Collaboration is key to our success. You will Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Clinical Experts to translate complex dental workflows and requirements into intuitive, user-friendly software solutions. This cross-functional partnership ensures that our products are not only technically sound but also clinically relevant and aligned with user needs.
- • As a technical leader, you will Mentor and elevate the engineers around you. This includes actively participating in code reviews, leading architectural discussions, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
- • You will embrace Full-Stack Ownership, contributing across our technology stack, which includes TypeScript, React, Node.js, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL. This end-to-end involvement ensures you have a comprehensive understanding of the features you deliver and can effectively troubleshoot and optimize across the entire application.
