- • Senior Software Engineer (Java/JavaScript) role at GoDaddy Inc. in Gurugram, Haryana, India, as a founding member of a new Sales Intelligence team focused on transforming sales through AI-powered tools and Salesforce optimization.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and building intelligent lead scoring, routing, and assignment systems; developing Salesforce integrations (Apex, Flows, LWC); building backend services and APIs in Java and TypeScript; collaborating with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Data Science teams; implementing AI/ML features using LLMs, embeddings, and retrieval systems; driving engineering initiatives; mentoring future hires; and owning the full software lifecycle from design to monitoring.
- • The team is building greenfield solutions from the ground up to enhance lead generation and assignment, enabling sales teams to focus on customer acquisition. GoDaddy supports hybrid work arrangements, with flexibility between remote and office work based on team needs.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience building scalable backend systems with proficiency in Java and/or TypeScript
- • Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations) or strong willingness to learn quickly
- • Solid understanding of REST API design, data modeling, and integration patterns
- • Experience working with SQL databases and familiarity with data pipelines
- • Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle—from scoping to production monitoring
- • Demonstrated ability to operate with ambiguity and drive clarity in a fast-moving environment
- • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with non-engineering stakeholders (Sales, Ops, Product)
- • A growth mindset and hunger to learn new technologies on the job
